Tenuta Amadeo who create the Asolo Prosecco range own approximately 20 hectares of vineyards in the Montegrappa foothills that are also known as the Silent Hills. Prosecco is all they do as well, varying grape blending according to each style to create variety and a range of flavours to suit all tastes.
