Bayou Select Rum is the rum for bourbon drinkers with a dry oak-like character. One for those who like to sip theirs on the rocks!
Despite owning Sugar Cane being grown in Louisiana since the early 18th Century little if any Rum had been distilled in the state. Bayou itself only came to life in 2013 but with it came the latest technology which was used only to enhance rather than take over traditional methods. Such has been its success, Bayou is now available throughout the USA.
